Job Title : Executive/ Sr. Executive - Legal &amp; Compliance Position Type: Full Time Department/Group : Legal &amp; Compliance Reporting to : Manager - Legal &amp; Compliance Location : Mumbai Job Description and Specification : Role and Responsibilities : - Drafting and vetting of various legal documents such as agreements, contracts, policies, engagement letters, open offer, buy-back offer etc. - Understanding, grasping and reminiscing the relevant regulation. - Ongoing Compliance activity for Broking and Merchant Banking License and would preferred the experience in the relevant functions. - Ongoing Secretarial activity such as drafting Notice, Agenda, Notes to Agenda, Minutes of the Board and / or committee meetings, AGM etc. Experience : Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Qualifications and Education Requirements : - CS/LLB/LLM. - NISM Certification would be an added advantage Preferred Skills : - Writing Skills - well qualified in drafting Legal Language. - Understanding Skills - Understand, interpret and articulate legal language of various acts and regulation. - Retention Skills - Need to be well verged with retention of relevant provisions. - Self -Motivated - Need self-motivated person.
