What you'll do:

As a Manager - Learning & Development, you'll have the chance to:

- Tailor Global initiatives to be localized and executed in the India market

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements

- Develop and execute learning strategies

- Design and deliver in-house training sessions, assesses development needs, and track learning effectiveness

- Design e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more

- Draw up a comprehensive L&D Plan based on the developmental needs and methods identified

- Manage MIQ's New Hire Orientation to enable easy settling-in and acculturalization of new joiners leading to retention

- Aid in the auditing of policies and systems and advise on solutions

- Manage external vendors and contracts for India initiatives

- Accomplish tasks on time and to a high quality, managing different deadlines and priorities

- Refine existing systems and processes, and setting up new processes as required

- Embrace and explore different learning styles, techniques and preferences such as e-learning, conferences, coaching, and beyond

- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

- Manage organization, team or personal learning budgets

- Co-ordinate with Procurement

- Keep up with industry trends and be willing to adapt

Internal Collaboration:

- Collaborate with people managers to develop their team members through career pathing

- Establishing periodic cadence with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across geographies to find solutions

- Partner effectively with people at all job levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals to ensure the achievement of individual, functional and organizational goals.

Communication:

- Good communication is the crux of this role as it requires regular feedback given and taken from many stakeholder

- Crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes

Project Management:

- Prioritizing projects and maintaining timely deliverables

- Staying focused and contributing to projects.

Strategy:

- Staying abreast of local data and trends in the industry and maintaining up to date global knowledge

- Constant reassessing of what is and isn't working and flexibility to change course as necessary

Learning:

- Is a curious learner & has an innate curiosity to find new ways of working or improvements, open to new ways of implementation

Who are your stakeholders?

- The L & D manager services requirements of all departments in the COE

- The most important stakeholders are L&D's core audience: learners. Hence the focus is to deliver personalized, learner-centric interventions that encourages and facilitates the sharing and pooling of knowledge

- Closely work with key stakeholders & Global teams to align business and learning goals

What you'll bring?

- 10+ years of experience in Human Resource including 4-6 years in L&D function

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Proven experience and knowledge of effective learning methods are essential

- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

- Proficient interpersonal communication skills; able to influence across all levels

- A high regard for privacy and confidentiality

- Able to develop meaningful relationships and partner effectively with individuals and groups of diverse backgrounds

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities

- Understanding of MiQ's business ideal (advertising, technology, programmatic, digital media, ad sales, etc.)

- Intellectually curious

- Alignment with MiQ's core values

- A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive, and enthusiasm
