Mining Engineer - Consulting Firm - Contractual

Our client, a global consulting firm, is looking for a Mining engineer to support them in an operational improvement project for a mining client. They are looking for someone with deep experience of working in the mining industry.

The consultant will be working with senior stakeholders on the delivery of day-to-day targets, unlocking structural solutions to the operational challenges & brainstorming /tracking long-term initiatives for future readiness.

Below summarises the functions the consultant will be required to perform :

- Ownership of all allocated tasks by applying project management framework for their effective delivery

- Present findings and recommendations to clients

- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it out

- Effective governance and controls (reporting, budget, risk, and issue management)

- Effective communication and senior stakeholder management

Experience needed :

- 3-9 years of experience

- A degree from a top tier university is mandatory

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 12-month contract. This role requires the consultant to travel to the plant location in Udaipur.
