Minimalist - Trade Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Managers to drive the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the company. An ideal candidate is an exemplary team leader, knows the market and consumers well, and has experience driving growth.

Primary Responsibilities

Your Impact:

- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.

- Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth in trade channels.

- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.

- Accountable for ensuring all support material for use in retail is created and distributed in a timely manner and on budget.

- Driving implementation of best-in-class trade marketing initiatives and Point of Sale (POS) design and development, internally or by agencies/suppliers to ensure inputs are provided to the right markets / channels/outlets.

Profile:

Knowledge and Experience

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records

- Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English language

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
