Having a portfolio of diverse skincare and hair care products, the brand retails through its own website, along with e-commerce giants like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, and numerous other marketplaces. We are currently offering 25 products ranging from serums, toners, face acids and moisturisers that are well researched, backed by proven science, safe, effective, mindfully created, and suited for all skin types.

Job Purpose :

The Area Manager (AM) role is responsible for managing the retail operations in a defined geographical territory or sales channel, and is accountable for the achievement of Business and Process KPIs.

The role leverages leadership skills, strong relationships with business partners and a keen eye for business development opportunities to create a robust, efficient and ambitious sales machinery which drives shopper recruitment, shopper education and business growth in the offline market on a foundation of high customer satisfaction of our business partners.

The role manages a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and reports in to the Zonal Manager

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Drive key business levers to develop reach, assortment, visibility and shopper education

- Build & Lead a stable & high-performance team of Business Development Executives.

- Identify opportunities for new business as well growing existing business in line with the company's retail strategy

- Ensure a healthy channel partner network and the right infrastructure for the defined sales territory

- Build & Implement strong sales processes and controls, and a high compliance to company recommended processes

- Accomplish Business & Process goals on a monthly, weekly and annual basis.

Skills Required:

- Strong Understanding of FMCG business levers & knowledge of competitive landscape

- Demonstrated track record of high performance in an unstructured environment

- Negotiation & Objection Handling

- Past experience of working in the geography and/or category preferred, though not mandatory
