Mindtrot - Legal Advisor - HealthTech

Job Description:

1. To ensure the Mandatory Compliances with regards to Health Care, Care Givers.

2. To participate in the Product Development Charter so that the SAAS Platform being built is compliant as per the Legal Requirements & Mandates with regards to Data Security, Safety and Wireframe designs.

3. To evaluate the various Central Govt or State Govt guidelines & ensure guard rails for new Health Care services or categories being launched

4. To draft and vet the Business Agreements, NDA's being signed with Partners, Vendors & Clients

5. To guide the Product Team for various Wellness and Illness based services being launched

6. To guide the HR Team on various labor laws with regards to Care givers, Nurses, Therapists etc.

7. An ideal candidate is somebody who has worked in Legal Advisory roles in Healthcare Organizations, Hospitals, HealthTech Startups& similar Orgs.

8. Has knowledge in the Legal side of Healthcare Insurance, selling & support.

9. Entrepreneurial Mindset & Self Motivated person who will participate in a very important function of Risk Mitigation, Risk Discovery in the company's journey

10. Will support in the Legal Compliances of Funding & Investments via Angels, VC's or Funds.
