Responsibilities:
- Responsible for deployment of Compensation revision cycle on a global scale across the Organization
- Responsible for handling Operations ensuring adherence to SLAs, budgets and customer commitments.
- Responsible for External Benchmarking, analyzing and reporting.
- Responsible for system improvement proposals & implementation, recommend process improvements and innovations.
Skills required :
- Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
- Ability to understand new systems for execution
- Hands on in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good Analytical Skills; Sound knowledge of analytical tools and techniques
- Program Management, Change management and ability to multi task
- Good Interpersonal skills
Qualification:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in C&B
- MBA or a graduate with equivalent relevant experience.
