Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Effectively run the PMS, Compensation and promotion cycle for the unit
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Assist and support HRBP's with various HR related functions including, employee relations, employee engagement and recognition, talent & succession planning, data analysis & reporting.
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Assess business unit's human resources training needs and collaborate with the appropriate team to implement the same
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures
- Manage the employee exit process. Conduct exit interviews, analyze data for trends and make recommendations for change, as appropriate
- Able to travel, as appropriate with in India
- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
- Should prepare monthly & quarterly reports for HR & Business leaders on Headcount, Attrition, Rewards & Recognition
Salary Range: 8-10 LPA
