Role - Digital Marketing CoE Lead

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 15 to 18 Years

Education - Graduate / Post Graduate in Science / Technology or equivalent. Knowledge or Marketing is good to have.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing CoE lead to head the Digital Marketing Technology Center of Excellence. The CoE lead will lead the technology group and drive growth and strategic aspirations for the group. The CoE lead will be responsible for building and growing teams skilled in digital marketing technologies. The CoE lead will engage with customers in this area as an expert in Digital Marketing area.

This position reports to Content and Commerce CoE Head and requires working closely with Vertical Heads, Sales and Pre-sales teams, Global Marketing and Digital Delivery Managers.

The lead will be directly managing :

- Technology CoEs under digital marketing ( like Adobe AEM competency, Sitecore Competency, Marketing operations competency etc.)

pre-sales team

Key Digital marketing architects.

Roles and Responsibilities of Digital Marketing CoE lead

- Define a 3 year strategy for CoE

- Map trends in market

- Monitor acquisition prospects

- Provide pre-sales support for any CoE opportunity

- Define and achieve annual / quarterly revenue impact

- Guidance Revenue from the stream : $5Million for C7, $20 Million for C8

- Build CoE and grow to higher maturity levels

- Build non-linear service models to improve Productivity, Profitability, Efficiency & Reliability

- Build Technology Innovation

- Drive functional/technology domain expertise in CoE

- Drive market recognition of CoE capability and competence

- Alliance partnership and joint GTM with Tier 1 and 2 companies, exploring new technologies, developing PoVs and client workshops for customers

- Develop COE as ambassadors of Thought leadership: writing Whitepapers, Industry articles, thoughts posts/blogs, internal/external sessions, participation in global competition.

- Develop and retain best-in-class talent

- Partner with TA to build an expert talent pool

- Partner with C2 for addressing Learning and development needs

- Partner with OD team for Leadership Development initiatives

Experience :

- Proven track record of leadership in the Digital Marketing areas - in technology, consulting or delivery.

- Strong background in Digital Marketing technologies

- Thought leadership in areas of digital marketing and web engagement

- Ability to craft large digital marketing engagements bringing knowledge on modern customer engagement technologies and multi-site platform approaches

- Should have participated in pre-sales and owned solution and win strategy for large proposals. Comfortable with multi-million dollar proposals.

-Should have built technology teams in a new technology area

- Should have led a CoE / practice or a service line in the past
