Job Description:
a. Business analysis with ability on requirements gathering, functional requirements, use cases and documenting business/data/application/technology architectures, requirements, and business rules.
b. Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications.
c. Documenting and explaining problems and works with others to resolve software defects while ensuring technical compatibility and end user satisfaction
d. To Liaise with development team and providing clarifications on customization requirements,
e. Creating business requirements documents (BRD’s) into Use Cases/Functional Specifications for customization,
f. Creating verbal and written consulting deliverables (including proposals, customer presentations, consulting reports, etc.) to effectively communicate project findings
g. Ready to manage large teams and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
h. Analyzing, developing and proposing enhancements to current business processes, reports, and applications in order to optimize system effectiveness
i. Conducting customer interviews and producing meeting summaries
j. To assist clients to meet the functional understanding of the evolving market structure and financial regulatory reforms relating to market transparency and systemic risk mitigation including: strategic and tactical initiatives for OTC derivatives related to Title VII of Dodd-Frank, EMIR and Clearing.
k. To deliver first-level demos by performing demonstrations of Capital Markets Products and offerings to help Sales force qualify prospects’ requirements.
l. To generate and maintaining pre-sales support documents (knowledge bases, powerpoint presentations)
m. Responding to functional queries of RFIs and RFPs
n. Configuring the software system and demonstrating calculation and results during workshops and/or proof of concepts on clients/prospect sites
o. Preparing and performing product demonstration to top management, adapting the benefits of the software solution to the audience
p. Maintaining high level of product knowledge and trade life cycle knowledge in capital market space
q. Assisting our sales and marketing force and overall partners during the sales process
r. Participate in analysis to help define objectives and requirements, so as to aid the development of a strategy for clients/vendors that meets the required project objectives.
s. Participate in industry calls and workshops to identify technical solutions, and produce deliverables.
t. To prepare, facilitate, document and participate in client meetings/workshops
u. Participating in development of new business opportunities: conduct market/client research and industry analysis
v. Strong understanding in GRC space like FATCA, MiFIDII, Basel II/ III, AIFMD
