We need curious, customer-focused team members who are driven by successfully enabling customers on the MindTickle platform to join our rapidly growing Customer Enablement team in Pune. In Customer Enablement, we strive to provide customers with easy-to-use, high-quality, just-in-time education. As a Senior Product Trainer, you will develop and deliver training for the MindTickle platform through public workshops, customized onsite training, and online. Our instructor-led training (ILT) workshops are currently offered in various cities throughout India and the United States of America with the potential to expand to other locations. In this role, you will collaborate with Customer Enablement team members, Product Management, SMEs, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and more to develop a highly engaging experience for participants. Responsibilities: - Apply knowledge of instructional design and adult learning to design, develop, and deliver engaging product training for a global audience - Conduct needs analysis for custom training requests - Create content (slides) and facilitator guides for ILT - Deliver ILT or product-focused presentations online - Work cross-functionally and collaborate with SMEs during all phases of development and delivery as required - Monitor program metrics to evaluate effectiveness and impact - Create and maintain project plans for development and delivery projects - Coordinate training schedule, venue procurement, and communications for advertising and registration - Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across audiences and modules - Assist in training and mentoring less-experienced members of the team as required - Develop and maintain a high degree of product knowledge and related technologies Required Expertise: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an instructional designer and trainer in a technology company, preferably SaaS - Experienced in instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning theory -Familiarity with MS Office, G Suite, JIRA, and Slack - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Proactiveness and an attitude to own &amp; drive projects from ideation to final deployment - Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
