Project Manager - Salesforce Role overview: The Project Manager - SFDC will be responsible for overseeing the production of deliverables, working closely with various technical and non-technical team members; managing and running more complex and strategic technology projects. You will be the subject matter expert, who actively participates in the project, scoping, design, build, implementation, and successful deployment of various Salesforce initiatives, with the end goal of delivering value for customers. Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Project and project deliverables as PM with end-2-end delivery management. - Enable team with technical and functional aspects, guide them with solutions/ approach, resolve queries/ challenges. - Coordination with stakeholders for requirements and design technical Solutions. - Tracking and managing releases, enhancements, and bug fixes. - Responsible for Design/ Approach, Reviews, Implementation, Tracking and manage project/s, the adaption of Best Practices, Documentation. Must possess: - Has 5+ years, recent work experience of 3+ years (as Project Manager), managing SFDC projects/ delivery, people, and processes using Agile and Incremental/ SDLC methodology. - 3+ years of hands-on work experience with Salesforce, Apex, Lightning, Vf, Test cases, workflow, trigger, process builder, Apex classes, AppExchange. - Experienced and managed at least four full-lifecycle SFDC implementations as a project manager. - Experience and managed at least three full-lifecycle SFDC implementations as a technical developer and configurator. - Has good/ deep understanding of Salesforce.com capabilities as a platform with the latest about the platform along with VF, UI/ UX, Lightning experience. - Has extensive experience in technical, functional to deliver Salesforce Projects. - Experience data migration solutions using Data Loader, DB Amp web API, etc., involved in the technical resolution of defects/ issues while Customization, integration, and Support as Individual Contributor. - Must have the latest with Salesforce platform and around the platform, follows Coding and execution standards. - Deep dive in Salesforce.com capabilities and constraints of the system. - Extensive experience in leading and tracking/ managing technical-functional and delivering Salesforce Projects from discovery to implementation to defect fix to deployment to support. - Has experience in resolving technical and functional queries/ issues of SFDC Projects and team (Customization, Integration, and Support) for Sales/ Service/ Community/ Marketing Cloud. - Must have an insight into the latest releases of the Salesforce platform. - Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical business users from various backgrounds including sales, support, and marketing. - Demonstrates excellence in understanding complex business processes and ability to apply scenarios to Salesforce - Story-lines- as well as make business process modification suggestions to align with Salesforce and execution best practices. Nice to Have: - Salesforce Certification. - Knowledge of other Sales Tools such as Outreach, Marketo etc would be preferred. - CPQ Design and Implementation Experience (Plus).
