Roles and responsibilities - Schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire on-boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience - Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit formalities - Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, grievance matters, and all other employee-relations matters - Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, PF - Employee Relations: Point person for all staff regarding HR matters - Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking about the issues. - Prepare and maintain all HR related documents for all employees, consultants, contractors or any third-party contractor - Maintain & Update employee data on HRIS(BambooHR) - Initiate and facilitate all events at MindTickle Requirements and Qualifications: - Master's degree in human resources, business administration or related field - 3-7 years of experience in Core HR Operations - Knowledge of using HRIS - Good with Excel, MS & Powerpoint - Experience of working with Product Software Companies is highly preferable - Honest, ethical, dependable and accountable - Attentive listener, empathetic, and personable
