Must have:

Leadership:

- Ability to organize and control the Testing process

- Ensure visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software using effective processes and tools

- Deploying and managing resources for testing

- Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project

- Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team

- Improve individual and team productivity

- Improve Quality of test coverage and execution

- CAPA, Change Control, documentation and software testing using Agile SCRUM and Kanban

- Experience with handling 20+ testers

- Healthcare Domain Experience

- Managing client communication

Technical:

- Hands-on for manual testing (Designing, Execution and Reviews)

- Knows the difference and performs verification and validation

- Active trouble shooting of issues
