Job Description:

- Preparation of monthly cost & productivity variance analysis reports

- Monthly Business Review Pack preparation

- Preparation and review of monthly running cost / weekly productivity analysis reports

- Review and preparation of Manpower cost & Incentive cost

- Preparations of department wise OH cost variance analysis

- Capex monitoring and reporting

- Review of Financials with FM and Head of Finance

- Monitor, follow up and clear CWIP

- Preparation of cluster annual budgets

- To participate and support Operational review meetings

- Conduct monthly and annual inventory verifications

- Preparation of ad hoc business reports

Profile Description:

- Three years' experience in Oil Palm Plantation or similar industry

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in MS office tools

- Good presentation skills

- Should be willing to travel to Gabon (Africa) for 5 to 6 months in a year (2-3 months on a continuous basis)

- Work experience in SAP (FI)

- Having prior experience as a Business Analyst
