Mindsprint - Manager - Finance

Job Description:

- Various MIS & cost reporting for relevant Business Unit

- Own and Deliver Annual Operating Plan (Budget) for the relevant Business unit

- Monthly review of the PnL and Business performance with leaders

- Prepare Annual forecast for the Business Unit by working with relevant stakeholders

- Review of GLs and trend analysis of month-on-month costs and revenue

- Support in preparation of various Schedules for Audit & internal reviews.

- Coordinate with accounting team for monthly book closure activities

- Contract review and commercial support for new business

- Interact with Customer SPOC for finance related queries

- Track Operational metrics and work with Business on improvement areas

- Maintain tracker of all new clients

Profile Description:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance with 6-8 years of experience in Business Finance.

- Very good communication skills as the role will require coordination with various stakeholders

- Go-getter attitude as the role demands individual to deal with ambiguities and solve for them

- Good handhold on Excel, PowerPoint and other tools

- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
