Director - Finance
Role Overview: In this role individual has to work directly with Sales Heads & various other senior stakeholders
Job Description: - Independently handle and support the GTM Activities of the company Strategize Commercials; Own and maintain pricing model for the company
- Support with Pricing proposals and RFP related activities; Ensure Governance
- Periodic Benchmarking exercise with market participants
- Be the Finance Spoc for contract and commercial related activities Work with Legal and Ops team to bring in control over Contract renewals and closures
- Represent finance in customer discussions if needed
- Provide billing back-up data to customer and follow-up for collection and any other support needed to onboard new customers
- Revenue baselining for recurring and long-term contracts
- Be the Business Finance Partner for Sales Function Lead Annual Budget process for Global Sales Function
- Track and report Budget, Forecast and Actuals for Sales Function
- Ensure adequate provisioning for Sales Related incentives and evaluate incentive pay-out structure/policy
- Evaluate and approve investments in new GTM opportunities
- Track and Report Customer profitability; Lead necessary actions if need be
- SPOC/Liase with internal functions as required
- Resolving customer issues along with Governance team
- Inputs to accounting team for cost allocations, revenue recognition and billing
Profile Description:- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance with 8-10 years of experience in Pricing & Business Finance
- IT Services Industry experience is a must; Experience dealing with contracts and commercials
- Very good communication skills as the role will require coordination with various stakeholders including external/customers
- Go-getter attitude as the role demands individual to deal with ambiguities and solve for them
- Good handhold on Excel, Powerpoint and other tools
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
