The company is headquartered in Hyderabad. All roles are contractual in nature and could involve travelling and long hours.

About the Role

We are looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Partnerships & Alliances Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with entities to further the organization's overarching objectives and information dissemination strategies.

Selected candidates will report to the leadership team and will be based out of our Hyderabad office. Candidates must be open to long hours during peak campaign timings.

Responsibilities

- Network building: Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management. Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with key targeted partners and execute exciting partnership solutions.

- Leverage Partnerships: Tap into a diverse network of channel partners to accurately and effectively recommend suitable partners for wider dissemination of our central message and deeper penetration of our campaign efforts.

- Collaboration: Work with the internal teams in the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organization's larger objectives and strategies

- Assessment and optimization: Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners such as content promotions, lead sharing and event partnerships. Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships and course correct wherever necessary to improve operations.

- Nurture & grow relationships: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners. Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.

Desired Qualifications and experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication/PR/Marketing from a Tier 1

- 4+ years of work experience in marketing, alliance and partnership roles or similar

- Proven ability towards constructive networking.

- Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills

- Sales and Marketing know-how in and around Hyderabad

- Ability to manage end-to-end execution of large campaigns involving multiple stakeholders (internal, vendors, agencies, media, etc) independently

- Have a strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity

- Working proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite and G Suite

- Attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Language proficiency in Telugu will be preferred
