- Must act as talent business partner aligned to overall business goals.
- Ability and willingness to work in a flat organizational structure with intensive hands-on value addition in various phases of planning and execution
- Devise & implement campus hiring strategy & build effective relationships across target colleges - Ensure hiring of Trainees to build talent pipeline - Own onboarding program for the trainees
- Take the complete ownership to create a proactive hiring strategy / model for delivering 100+ new hires every month including ramp ups both (Off & On Campus Mode)
- Effectively manage just-in-time hiring as well as managing the talent supply chain and identifying creative ways to ensure Mindlance- s has access to the best talent in the world to fill current and future openings.
- Staffing is a time sensitive industry so speed of execution would be the key.
- Act as a consultant to the business and advise them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge.
- Responsible for defining key Talent Acquisition matrices, reporting goals and data analytics to assess recruitment process effectiveness including - Quality, TAT, CPH, and other hiring matrices.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- PG / Graduate with 10-15 years of experience in volume Hiring mainly from Hire-Train-Deploy Model and most preferably coming from International BPO/ITes/Staffing/KPO/RPO/Start-Up Ecom-Fintech/Retail hiring background or similar skill and domain-based people-centric organizations, including:
- Ability to deliver domain or specialization-based quality talent pool
- Ability and passion to deliver in a dynamic business environment with speed and accuracy
- Strong organizational, analytical, consulting, relationship building and influencing skills with attention to details.
- Result oriented with an open and candid communication style
