Mindlance - Manager - Learning & Development

- Should have experience of running Training Programs for 8-10 Years

- Experience in Running Remote Training

- Preferred experience in running skill based training programs for college students

- Most preferably coming from International BPO/KPO/RPO background

- Be part of the Designing of the Training Programs

- Define the Program success metrics and define processes for execution

- Lead the Strategic planning and creation of portfolio of Programs

- Run Programs as defined and drive the learning metrics
