- Create overall strategy and roadmap to deliver on a robust learning and development agenda that is aligned with business needs.
- Provide strategic and thought leadership to frame and execute L&D and OD interventions
- Play a strategic role in creating a training framework, oversee and participate in content development, collateral and other training programs based on organization goals
- Evaluate, design, and execute innovative and engaging approaches to learning.
- Develop a competency model which will link to both learning and development strategies
- Development programs that are aligned with Company philosophy and values.
- Develop appropriate policies and practices to manage L&D throughout the organization, including our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives for both Non Lateral - H-T-D & Lateral Model
- Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions for coaching.
- Direct learning and development processes ensuring all new hires receive high-quality orientation and onboarding experiences in order to maintain a high employee performance level
- Minimum 10-12 or more years experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development or any business-related with proven experience delivering Process & skill based training & other business organization specific functional training with ITes, BPO,Tech & Global RPO/Staffing or consulting.
- Experience in designing L&D Framework for growing Organizations in ITes, BPO,Tech & Global RPO /Staffing or consulting space
