Responsibilities :
- Zonal Head is responsible for leading large offline and regional teams across multiple cities and ensure on ground execution of growth strategy
- Build and maintain relationships across the Zone with relevant stakeholders on behalf of MB
- Drive growth numbers through various channels including BTL, ATL, Digital, CLM channels
- Work closely with central growth teams, plan and execute campaigns that help build MB as a brand in their respective Zone
- Own Top Line Revenue and undertake projects with category and merchandising teams to improve ticket size
- Be the voice of customer and provide constant Market Intelligence
Educational Qualification Requirements :
- Graduate in any stream
- MBA from a premier institute
Desired Candidate Requirements :
- 6 to 8 years of experience in dynamic growth oriented organisations, preferably tech start-ups, retail, e-commerce
- Excellent negotiator; have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with data and research, to be able to map the potential of each brand, category or industry
- Goal-oriented & thrive in high ownership, fast paced and independent environment. Should have the ability to deal with ambiguity and chart a path forward.
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Should have been a people manager in the past.
