Your Role :
- Collaborating with HODs and understand different job functions and role requirements
- Working on multiple open roles across teams and ensure that every hire is a culture fit 'A' player
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end from requirement gathering to day 1 on-boarding
- Recommending new ideas and help create new strategies for hiring that contribute to our long term growth
Must Have :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruiting for mid to senior level positions using different organic & inorganic channels
- Deep understanding of the tech start-up ecosystem
- Experience working on niche IT / Non IT positions
- Strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills
