Milkbasket - Program Manager - Operations

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Program Manager to formulate and drive critical Inventory Operational programs for Milkbasket.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Identify business-critical programs, define goals, formulate program plans and drive delivery 

- Work extensively with cross-functional and cross-Milkbasket teams to deliver programs on schedule, at the same time ensuring quality standards are maintained. 

- Effectively prioritize agendas and make trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs. Negotiate resourcing. 

- Proactively identify risks to programs, innovate solutions to mitigate risks and escalate as required, at the same time.

- Manage end to end lifecycle of key programs 

- Adept at managing both strategic and operational aspects of the role 

- Influence key business decisions and senior stakeholders 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities. 

- Work autonomously and be willing to roll-up sleeves to get the job done 

- Possess strong attention to detail

- Program manager will plan the overall program and monitor the progress for Inventory Operations. He/she will manage the program's budget, risk and issues and will take corrective actions wherever required.
