Position Summary & Responsibilities:

Incumbent will lead the Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits and Total Rewards for the Organisation. It will involve building key practices around PMS and Rewards, as Milkbasket embarks on an ambitious journey to expand business from 8 cities to 50 cities in next 12-18 months.

Key Focus Areas:

I. Compensation & Benefits -

a. Design, develop & implement Total Rewards solutions in line with group guidelines.

Manage ongoing integration and ensure competitiveness of rewards program.

b. Design & rollout innovative rewards programs to enhance the Milkbasket's EVP and instil a performance culture. Work on revamping recognition programs, sales incentive redesign, developing retention plan for top performers and critical talents.

c. Lead key organisational initiatives including Job Analysis/Evaluation exercise, Competency Framework, Job Architecture design, and Market Benchmarking.

d. Liaison with external agencies such as Aon Hewitt, Mercer, Towers Watson etc. to conduct market assessments/benchmarking and compensation consulting in line with business needs.

e. Partner with BU HR and Business Heads for initial diagnosis assessment - existing Organization Structure & grades; analysis of job roles (Job Analysis), design new or modify existing structure/grades to align with business needs.

II. Performance Management -

a. Manage Performance Management cycle including KRA setting process, mid-year review and year-end annual review cycle as process custodian - collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure process standardization and timeline adherence.

b. Planning and implementing Corporate Training/Engagement Calendar with respect to PMS implementation and guidelines for Managers and Employees.

c. Drive continuous performance conversations, peer feedback initiatives and individual development plans as per guidelines and system infrastructure.

d. Act as process Champion for the annual appraisal - responsibilities include inducting employees & managers with implementation of the process, conducting calibration meetings with HODs, and final organisation-wide communication on ratings & increments.

e. Reporting and analytics around performance management for key stakeholders

f. Lead the ongoing migration of PMS and related processes onto the HRIS system as a Subject matter expert.
