They deliver milk, bread, eggs, juices, butter, and other daily items needed every morning, right at customer's doorstep, free of charge. Milkbasket is acquired by Reliance Industries in Feb 2021

Headquarters: Gurgaon

Expertise in TA:

- Identifying and hiring the right talent to support the business strategy

- Utilising various recruitment tools to proactively source, attract, engage with and pipeline talent

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring great candidate, and hiring manager experiences, as well as delivering tailored recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain the right talent at the right time

- Understanding each business unit's recruitment needs through developing knowledge of business objectives, people requirements and cultural environment.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships across the business with key stakeholders.

- Promptly identifying challenges in hiring and problem solving for it.

Deliverables as a Lead:

- Mentorship & guidance to the TA team in promptly closing the positions and building high efficiency as a TA team overall.

- Consulting, providing advice and guidance to hiring managers on best practice.

- Analysing recruitment metrics data to help evolve recruitment strategy

- Reviewing, recommending and implementing best practice across our candidate management processes from screening and interviewing to assessment and selection.

- Delivering engaging recruitment marketing campaigns across social media platforms

- Managing the relationships with recruitment agencies;

- Provide thought leadership on all TA related topics to the HR team and wider business when necessary

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Experienced in leading a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team driven by TA metrics and measures.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role - managing a small team, whilst delivering end to end recruitment in a busy startup or product company

- Strong experience in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders with the ability to communicate and influence across all levels

- Able to demonstrate commercial acumen, think strategically and make quality decisions

- Demonstrated experience in creating reports, interpreting data and analytics;

- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies;

- Knowledge of recruitment systems

- Ability to self-manage, prioritise and attention to detail.

- Flexible and at ease in an ever changing, fast paced, and often ambiguous environment

- Open to candidates who might not have a people management experience, but has a strong lead experience OR to candidates who do have a people management experience.
