Key Responsibilities :
- Ownership of post-order experience in Milkbasket.
- Ability to understand consumer behavior, identify market gaps/needs and define feature based solutions on Milkbasket App.
- Data driven analytical mindset with focus on optimization funnels and RoI.
- Ability to ship the product by interfacing with Engineering/Tech - unblock dependencies and constantly communicate to stakeholders.
- Post-shipping of the product, measure impact on key business health, user engagement and product performance metrics. Rinse and repeat.
Basic Qualifications :
- Strong hands-on analytical abilities in breaking down complex problems and deep diving into any problem.
- Ability to identify and define a solution for each problem.
- Must be well-versed in digital technology.
- Preferably from a Tier 1 B-school with an engineering background.
- Preferably, has worked in an online business for a minimum of 1 year.
