Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager

Responsibilities:

- Marketing campaign executions on CRM (Clevertap)

- Deep collaboration with design, content, analytics and business functions for running and monitoring the campaign performance.

- Maintain periodic review of the executed campaigns with business functions

- Ensure adherence of brand guidelines along with proof reading of content/creative/communications.

- Maintain campaign calendars along with accuracy of the audience segmentations on CRM

- Deliver regular reports of execution, post execution performance and regular evaluation of KPIs.

- Liaise with product, tech and business to identify avenues of executional efficiencies

Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in CRM / omni channel marketing / digital marketing with key execution skillset on Clevertap

Prior experience on CLEVERTAP is mandatory.
