Profile- Financial Planning & Analysis - Assistant Manager
Responsibilities-
- Compile weekly MIS for all Hubs and reconciliation and publish a regional MIS highlighting key issues/gaps and resolution steps to be taken.
- Prepare weekly/Monthly Sales Report and analyze key parameters like SSPD/LTL Growth % / Sales Mix/and KPIs against Budget/OP/RP and LY
- Store wise/Zone wise Sales performance and Monitoring store performance and enhancing Retail Profitability. Monitor and report store wise sales related KPIs - New customer acquisitions, Churn customer, No of Bills, Conversion%, Average Bill value.
- Track Loss making store/hubs performance and prepare action plan against the same to make it profitable.
- Analyze the Store contribution and EBIDTA Movement against budget/Operating plan/Last year achievements
- Tracking of revenue and cost of the region on weekly basis. Proactively highlight risks to cost and revenue at hub level profitability.
- Ensure timely and error-free month end closures, Sales reconciliation.
- Find patterns and help identify root causes & opportunities for improvement, aligned to the business growth.
- Help in preparation of Plan/Forecast AOP, Align with Stakeholders, monitoring the data accuracy.

Education- CA-Inter, CS, ICWA , MBA Tier-II,
Preferred Experience : 1-3 years in FMCG, E-Comm. , Start-ups
Required Skills-

- Preferred work exp. In SAP Environment
