The Role

- A Business Analyst at Milestone is an incredibly diverse and rewarding role. You will need to have a keen interest in solving customer problems and identifying key opportunities to drive their digital presence to the next level.

Responsibilities:

1. Own customer journeys on Milestone platform services; drive user configurability and scalability.

2. Contribute towards Milestone platform's overall product aims and objectives.

3. Interact with various stakeholders to define market needs and translate those into product enhancements.

4. Work closely with engineering and other teams to define and execute product initiatives.

5. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Prior experience of Agile methodology and Scrum/Kanban ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives and product demos.

2. Demonstrable ability to write crisp atomic user stories and capture the key requirements well.

3. Good grasp of SaaS and web frameworks and experience in its practical application.

4. A deep understanding of user experience and workflow across desktop and mobile devices.

5. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Manager

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Undergraduate computer science degree from top university

8. Team player attitude to collaborate and get the best out of everyone
