Miles Education - Vice President - US Pathway - Study Abroad

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Vice President-US Pathway. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple facets of our organization, including sales, study abroad programs, operations management, team leadership, business development, financial management, marketing, people management, and center operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive results in a fast paced environment.

- Responsibilities: Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets. Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed performance expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Study Abroad Programs: Oversee the development and execution of study abroad programs, ensuring high-quality experiences for students.

- Collaborate with academic institutions and partners to expand program offerings and reach new markets. Monitor program effectiveness and implement enhancements as needed.

- Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance.

- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential.

- Financial Management: Take ownership of P&L responsibilities, including revenue, cash flow, and profitability. Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with senior management. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
