About the Role :

- We have created a unique pathway Indian accountants to work in the US. There are three main pillars / stakeholders (students, universities and corporates) that we need to manage to successfully scale this pathway.

- This role is positioned as a key leadership position focusing primarily on the first pillar (students piece) where the person will work directly the CEO.

- The individual will work collaboratively across departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration and crafting forward-looking strategies.

- As the leader of this initiative, you will play a crucial role in organizing and managing the project's timeline.

- This involves developing detailed project plans, ensuring optimal resource availability and allocation, and consistently delivering each project on time, within budget, and in alignment with scope.

- This role demands enthusiasm for tackling new projects and a willingness to take ownership.
