We are growing by diversifying our portfolio, Miles has other business verticals Futurense (Tech JV), MedSkills (Healthcare JV,) Mojo Campus (Student Housing JV). We're also working on an ambitious new initiative (moon-shot) to disrupt higher education - Miles Campus.

Our target revenues for the upcoming fiscal year is INR 500 crores+ and we will continue to be profitable. We are bootstrapped but we're expecting fund raising and are a soon-to-be-unicorn ("soonicorn")

You'll be set up for success as a "Deputy Chief Of Staff" at Miles if:

We have created a unique pathway Indian accountants to work in the US. There are three main pillars / stakeholders (students, universities and corporates) that we need to manage to successfully scale this pathway. This role is positioned as a key leadership position focusing primarily on the first pillar (students piece) where the person will work directly with the CEO. The individual will work collaboratively across departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration and crafting forward-looking strategies.

As the leader of this initiative, you will play a crucial role in organizing and managing the project's timeline. This involves developing detailed project plans, ensuring optimal resource availability and allocation, and consistently delivering each project on time, within budget, and in alignment with scope. This role demands enthusiasm for tackling new projects and a willingness to take ownership. These are the Skills/Qualifications that we are looking for:

- MBA background or Chartered Accountant

- Overall 3+ years of professional experience

- Demonstrated effective communication skills and strong executive presentation skill

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationship

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Strong influencing skills; comfortable negotiating and driving timely decision Skilled diplomat with high levels of professional confidence and business acumen Demonstrated success in formulating strategic direction, skillful negotiation, & implementation
