Milagrow HumanTech - Manager - Channel Sales - West (2-6 yrs)
Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
- To achieve sales and profit goals by selling products through resellers/channels.
- Identifies and approaches key or strategic partners and sets short- and long-term channel strategies.
- To educate the channel partners on Milagrow HumanTech product range
- To brief them about company position, vision, details of each product as per their requirement, our USPs, value to the customers
- To generate revenue from existing and newly added channel partners
- To maintain price discipline with all channel partners and ensure zero financial loss to the company
- To introduce and promote new products launched by the company to the potential customers
- To identify the potential clients to promote new and existing products
- To drive new business through channel partners
- To generate qualified leads in the target customer segments
- To create and submit proposals to the prospects
- To successfully close opportunities and achieve revenue goal
- To forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- To ensure suitable branding and maintain Brand Hygiene at all costs
- To maintain data of the visited and potential customer and share the same with reporting manager on weekly basis
- Prior exposure in Channel Sales
- Experience in doing market development and business development
- Fully accustomed channel sales process
- Must possess a personally known network of channel partners
- Ability to gather sound product knowledge
- Experience in handling clients independently
- Ability to document the work into structured reports
- Well equipped with basic computer skills
- Prior network in respective channels
- Candidates from companies selling electronic / electrical equipments to the channel partners will be preferred.
- Relationship with Croma, Reliance Digital, Vivek's, Vijay sales, Sargam electronics, lotus, great eastern, girias.
