Introduction to Position: HRBP- Operations (AM)
We are looking for an HRBP Operations to oversee all functions of our Human Resources Operations department and provide support to our employees. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving budgets, implementing new company policies, and maintaining internal HR systems.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible for Employment engagement, attrition control, and employee life cycle in a fast-paced ever evolving startup environment.
- Responsible for the execution/implementation of programs, processes, and initiatives in the HR domain.
- Execute/ Implement policies which include but not limited to attendance and performance management in the organization.
- Understand the business implications of the policies and develop different execution methods in collaboration with other departments.
- Maintain employee & #39;s leaves, medical and attendance records.
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined focused scope of work.
- You will be responsible for regularly updating and optimizing HRIS and Data analysis/validation for senior management to assist in data driven decisions.
- BGV process, coordination with the BGV Vendor
- Performance Management Module process to be handled on HRIS System
Requirements:
- Zeal to understand and revolutionize Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in any field. An MBA/PGDM degree is preferable.
- Excellent time management & problem-solving skills and knowledge of HR best practices.
- Strong analytical Skills.
- Stakeholder Management.
- 3+ yrs of relevant experience in HR.
- Hands-on Experience in HRIS.
- Hands-on experience on Advance Excel/ Google sheets for data validation and reports.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Prior Experience in IT organization is preferable.
- Experience with Pictographs and effective Employee communication is a plus.
Work Timings: 5 days a week and 9 hours a day, Dadar, Mumbai(Onsite).
