Need Experienced Women Professionals : Middleware Manager for a banking captive - 15+ years of Technology Infrastructure experience with 10 years experience with middleware tools preferably with WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, Jboss and Apache - People management skills - Hands on technical management experience - Exposure &amp; experience to SRE, AI, Machine Learning is a must - Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure - Reporting &amp; Analytical skills - Metrics reporting - Risk Management - Complex Operational excellence project experience - Experience in security and high availability - Experience in installation, configuration and upgrading of Middleware related products - Should be strong in webservers and JDK concepts - Should be an added advantage if prior experience on MQ and Scripting - Able to handle pressure situations since team has got stringent SLAs. - Vendor Management for technical support. - Patch Management and Version Control - A good understanding of the underlying operating system - Should have sound communication skills with management, development teams, vendors and systems administrators - Should have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines - Should possess a sound understanding of the business - Skilled experience with Microsoft Suite, especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, and SharePoint - Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills- can communicate technical requirements effectively - Performing under heavy pressure situations - Effective communication ( written and Verbal) - Sense of urgency - Highly responsible and accountable for actions and omissions - Individual will be leading a high-performance team that performs the following duties in support of the Line of Business (LOB) Middleware team - Provides day to day direction and coaching/mentorship to the team that performs operational support which includes administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and service requests. - Follow a prioritization model to determine if events need escalation and engage appropriate stakeholders. - Ensure incidents are triaged, tracked, investigated, resolved, and communicated accurately using internal incident management tools and systems. Manage or assist in conducting reviews to capture lessons-learned and ensure regular follow-up. - Help expand the incident management program and our support and awareness of emerging product escalations. Coordinate with other Incident Response teams to promote best practices and consistency.
