Role: Manager - Mid Market Sales
Functional Area: Corporate Sales (B2B Sales)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achievement of revenue targets for assigned territory
- Research, Account Mapping and Lead generation to support revenue targets
- Acquiring new clients for the business in mid-market
- Relationship Management (upselling and cross-selling) with all new Clients to maintain the future association and ensure y-o-y growth
- Updating Sales Efforts in CRM and assist in preparation of daily reports and MIS
- Should have experience in SAAS based or cloud based selling / HR Solutions / Concept Sale
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA/PGDM (Engineering candidates in UG preferred)
- Experience in Selling to Corporate Accounts for a minimum of 1 year.
- Strong network of and goodwill among Decision Makers (VP, CXO etc.), especially in HR
- Enterprising aggressive sales professional with excellent communication skills
Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)
Reporting: GM West
Work from Office: Hybrid (2-3 days from office) but the incumbent should be ready to travel in and around Mumbai
Product: Assessment Solutions + Other Products
Role: Hunting with Revenue/Sales Targets
Candidate Experience: 1 to 4 years in B2B / Corporate Sales
Skills Required: End-to-End Sales + BD (Lead generation, cold calling, setting up appointment/meetings, presentations
Target Industry: IT Sales, IT Product Sales, IT Solution Sales, SaaS Sales, Concept Sales, HR Solution Sales and like
Should Avoid: Candidates from Edu-Tech companies like Byjus, Toppr, UpGrad, Pesto, Vedantu, WhiteharJr, GreatLearning, UnAcademy and like, or all B2C organizations
Variable CTC component: 20% (80% of the CTC will be a Fixed Salary)
Soft Skills: Very Good Communication Skills, Pleasing Personality, Presentation and Negotiation skills
