An e-Learning company funded with $ 130 mn and considered as one of the top ten growing start-up companies in the Silicon Valley is seeking Mid Market Manager (Commercial Accounts)
Responsibilities:
- Managing an identified list of 100 Mid Enterprise Accounts Pan India (Includes Farming / Hunting Accounts).
- Ability to hunt Accounts is the key.
- Selling to Business as well and HR teams.
Requirements:
- Prior 10+ years of sales experience on product/solution selling to Mid & Large enterprises.
- Proven experience of managing direct and ability to work with a virtual team internal/external (Channel Partners)
- Proven hunting and farming skills.
- Proven consistent sales revenue achievement.
- Ability to network with CXO's and have required Business and IT conversation
- Established connects with the CXO's in the industry in India market which will help with quick ramp.
People skills - the job involves networking with clients, partners.
- Should have handled large deals, sales of services, account management of large accounts at CXO level.
- Strong Team Player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to bring in strategic thinking into the business and balance the mid and long term objectives of the organization in his/her segment/territory.
