It has 2500 technology-oriented online courses.
The Role :
- Managing an identified list of 100 Mid Enterprise Accounts pan India (includes Farming /Hunting Accounts).
- Ability to hunt Accounts is key.
- Selling to Business as well and HR teams is key.
Responsibilities:
- Own the target assigned for the set of Accounts / Territory and revenue mix (New,Renewals)
- Account and Territory Planning, Mapping, Negotiation and closure skills essential.
- Building relationships in an Account and Channel Partners is important.
- Competition intelligence gathering.
- All associated activities in conjunction with sales :- sales pursuit, presentation of offerings, orchestration, closure, contract negotiation, internal coordination for sales opportunity closures.
- Collection of A/R.
- Sales reporting
- CRM management
- Plan, participate and execute marketing campaigns,seminars, exhibitions, customer specific events for sales support
- Knowledge of Competition products.
Requirements:
- Prior 10+ years of sales experience on product / solution selling to Mid and Large enterprises.
- Provenexperienceofmanagingdirectandability to work with a virtual team internal /external (Channel Partners)
- Proven hunting and farming skills.
- Be a team player.
- Provenconsistentsalesrevenueachievement
- Ability to network with CXOs and have required Business and IT conversation
- Established connects with the CXO's in the industry in India market which will help with quick ramp
- People skills- the job involves networking with clients, partners.
- Should have done large deals, sales of services, account management of large accounts at CXO level
- Strong Team Player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to bring in strategic thinking into the business and balance the mid and long term objectives of the organization in his/her segment/territory
