Experience : 7-12 yrs

Qualification : Graduate + MBA ( Marketing ) quality institutes preferred

Excellent computer skills on Excel, Word,PPT, good written and oral communication

ATL :

- Well versed with MARCOM function /Objective Setting / Program Planning & execution

- Handling Creative Agency / Web hosting and maintenance agency

- Pitching brief, creative brief, Creative Agency finalization, Terms of contract finalization, Cost evaluation and comparisions

- Creative Input, Setting Brand positioning parameters in given environment

- Defining Brand Salience, Personality with the help of agency

- Well versed with vendor management /outsourcing /Third Party creative production

- Media buying / planning agency coordination, Media release coordination

- Data / creative archive management, Marketing MIS

- Fair knowledge of Digital marketing, Social Media activation in concurrence with agency

- Product launch plans, events theme /plans and budget approval

BTL :

- Program Plan / Execution & monitoring / Promoter management

- Props, Merchandise, Freebies, Novelties, Gifts, Awards, vendor appointment as per procedure and approval sign off

- Promo material Inventory management and dispatch logistics coordination

COLLATERAL/ POP/ SALES TOOLS Management :

- Coordination with Product team

- Collating product info veted by Engineering/R&D/Quality /Product Head
