We have urgent hiring for a solar product head in Microtek,

We have to our credit establishing two world class battery manufacturing facilities in Himachal Pradesh which are the largest units in the country using state of art technologies.

As a part of our trade to become world leaders in concerned industries we are desirous of expanding our business from the plateau we have achieved. For this we are looking for vibrant energetic and well qualified professionals to act as the pole bearers.

Position is for Solar product head

Location: Delhi

Desired profile:

For Channel:

One should have more than 7 years of relevant solar industry exp . He will be responsible for :

1. Designing the short term and long term road map for the product, and its cycle time

2. Giving insight for pricing and promotional strategies

3. Developing a robust channel for solar products - majorly rooftops.

4. Training & mentoring the team on the product specifications of existing and new products

5. New product launch

6. SWOT analysis and competition mapping

7. Ensuring achievement of targets within time.

8. Bring potential talent in the company

For Government business:

B2B & Govt sales including solar products and turnkey projects- rooftops and standalone types in capex models. The main responsibilities would cover the following :

1. Developing government business through tendering and B2B business for solar products of microtek.

2. Sales of all products of Microtek through GEM,CPC, CSD, DG&D etc..

3. Helping management in creating team for turnkey solution for rooftop business including site survey, design, installation and commissioning OEM of solar projects

Over all, the person :

Should understand the product and its technicality very well.

Should have at least been in an Pan india role for at least 2 yrs.
