- Responsible for all day to day manufacturing activities.

- Ensuring all the production goals are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

- Reducing the wastage ratio at production line

- Responsible for effective optimization of line and resources.

- Managing the supervisory staff to achieve production metrics, including productivity and on-time performance.

- Coaching and mentoring the team in a matter which leads to improving the employee and team performance.

- Person with remarkable achievements in cost and plant optimization.
