Description:
- Understand requirements and details of each event, Expo.
- Should have deep knowledge of on ground activation/ Retailer engagement programme.
- Understand regional requirement.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Trade Marketing Strategy tailored to
- The brands within the assigned geography.
- Formulate and execute trade schemes for wholesalers and retailers at regional Levels: assess and report on business growth and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Plan and organize Dealer/Distributor meets.
- Collaborate with the sales, commercial, logistics, and brand/marketing teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Look for and compare different vendors.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms
- Hire, train and oversee personnel
- Evaluate personnel and provide reports
- Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, food, drinks etc.)
- Track the overall even expenses regularly
- Do event budget planning
- Stay within the budget
- Carefully oversee event happenings
- Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
- Evaluate event's success and submit reports
