Role Description:

This is a full-time onsite role for an Area Sales Manager (Electrical Sales) located in Hisar. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining successful relationships with clients and driving sales of Microtek's electrical products in the designated area. The Area Sales Manager will also develop and execute a sales plan, manage the sales team, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Business Administration or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Experience in the electrical or electronics industry preferred (Wire, Cable, Switchgear & Lighting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals towards achieving targets.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
