Staffing Consultant - (ongoing contract)

Purpose of the job:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Sales and Marketing unit in MMDS (Microsoft Mobile Devices) & manage business critical TA projects. Staffing consultant role will be an ongoing contract.

Role & Responsibilities:

- 6 - 12 years of overall recruiting experience, owning the entire life cycle managing Executive level stakeholders.

- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans.

- Attract the best Sales & Marketing talent by articulating Microsoft's business model and career value proposition to candidates.

- Drive operational excellence combining data, technology, process and teamwork to enhance the recruitment experience.

- Proactively identify, engage and recruit passive talent from the FMCG / FMCD domain.

- Utilize recruiting tools to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently.

- Effectively partner with and develop strong relationships with business.

- Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies like Talent / company Mapping etc to improve the quality of hired candidates.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR Team to drive the Talent Acquisition agenda

- Work on measures to enhance candidate and hiring manager's experience

- Proficiency in MS Tools for analyzing & publishing critical talent acquisition metrics to ensure compliance of global recruitment processes.

Behavioral Skills- Ability to multi task, adapt to market dynamics, portray effective leadership skills, strong influencing skills, team player and strong focus for quality working in an individual capacity..

Functional Skills- This role requires strong operational skills backed with good understanding of sales and marketing functions. Preferred work experience of at least 6+ years and should be an MBA/Master's degree holder.
