The individual drives strong program management for various HR projects in the areas of talent management, increasing workforce capability, employee relations, conflict management, organizational development and more. This is a core Business partnering role that will work hand in hand with Business units through - out the planning and execution of the programs.   Job Description :   - Work with Business units to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives   - Partner with business on organizational design, workforce and succession planning   - The person will play a key role in driving productivity improvements through performance management & capability building across the sales & service workforce   - Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues reaching a win-win situation   - Work on the structure which maximizes business volume and drive while overall responsible for the manpower costs in the region   - Lead career planning and personal development initiatives (including Succession planning and mentoring) with all team members   - Partner with the regional Sales team to increase engagement levels and create plans to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential   - Provide on-going support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures   Skills :   - Excellent communication and presentation skills   - Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results   - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis   - 3-5 years of experience preferably as Sales HR   - Tolerance of Ambiguity
