Micromax Electric - Manager - Sales - Automobile Sector

- Responsible for market research to forecast the demand.

- Responsible for generating new dealers for the sale of electric vehicle.

- Responsible to coordinate with logistics team for the proper distribution of the electric vehicles.

- Responsible to coordinate with dealers for the payment. 

- Responsible for managing dealers.

- Plan and execute tactical activities with the dealers as per the allotted budget

- Monitor the dealer's financial health and take care of dealer long term development

- Execute plans to face market forces such as seasonality, competitors new launch etc.

- Channel development through acquisition of new corporate clients/sub dealers to improve sales capabilities

- Training the sales person at the dealerships to result in effective selling

- Conduct competitor and market analysis to pre-empt its impact on the business

- Responsible for adherence to CI Norm at the dealership end and highlight deviation, carry out regular reviews and extend necessary support to meet the same
