The Lead role for the business has the responsibility to manage a team to drive implementation of various HR policies and solutions within the organization to ensure the engagement and satisfaction of employees in the business / function.
Responsibility areas:
HR Solutions:
- Implementation of the communication framework
- Provide input for policy implementation
- Design and Implement employee engagement initiatives
- Help deploy the career planning objectives of the Unit
- Ensure deployment of suitable motivational and team building initiatives
- Implement specific initiatives based on ESAT /CSAT
- Ensure TNI adherence in the unit
HR operations:
- Handle exits and share exit analysis trends with managers/HOPS/ PH/FH
- Partnering with Corp-HR in initiatives
- Implement policies and initiate new process
Salary Range: 5 - 10 LPA
