Sales & Marketing Process Lead Business Analyst

- Degree from a premium institute (Tier 1 Engineering Degree with or without Tier 1 MBA)

- 3 years+ experience in a technology firm in a technology major role before or after MBA

- Should be able to independently manage VP level stakeholders

- Ability to work in a fast paced & agile environment

- Should understand the domain at a high level - we will be flexible for the person to develop deeper expertise on the job

- High level real world understanding of the domain (Sales + Marketing)

- Prior experience or strong desire to develop skills on Salesforce

- Understand high level business requirements and break it down to specifications

- Willing to do hands on work on Salesforce and guide technical resource(s) on the ground

- Collaborate with technical resources and business teams to resolve operational issues
