Job Description :
- Develop and implement overall external branding and communications strategy for the company
- Develops content and directs creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message.
- Launch of all the artefacts on Digital / Social media
- Will own the design and content on the website
- Designs creative campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programs
- Directs in-house and external graphic designers, photographers, and other media-production specialists integral to the completion of marketing projects.
- Develop and edit content and communication materials like case studies, newsletters, blogs, press releases and similar marketing materials in order to promote company's products and services working with various team
- Contributes ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative branding techniques.
- Researches and understands key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impacts programs within the business and assigned departments.
- Manage change management communications especially customer communications
- Develop and manage relationships with key media players to secure and grow media online and offline coverage and get publications done by various company leaders
- Write press releases for local, national and international media and amplify opportunities for positive Public Release
- Drive employees' share of voice through proper corporate communications.
- Ensure communications consistency among different stakeholders.
- Develop, plan, implement and monitor the company's internal communication strategy
